Yes. Every booking at Breakout Studios is private, meaning only your group will be in the room during your mission.

We have a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we allow rescheduling. If you let us know more than 24 hours in advance, we'll move your booking at no extra cost.

• Less than 24 hours notice: $35 reschedule fee

• Less than 1 hour notice: $50 reschedule fee

Unfortunately, no. Our location is in an older building on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. If accessibility is a concern, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your group in other ways.

We are located in downtown San Jose right next to at least 2 parking structures. There’s also curbside parking (free parking after 6 pm). Here are the details:

All our missions run for 60 minutes. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing.
